WHICH PROGRAM DO I NEED TO USE YOUR PRESETS?
Editing with our presets requires the Lightroom Mobile App or a Lightroom desktop version (OSX/Windows). If you don’t have Lightroom you can download it here.
WHICH VERSION OF LIGHTROOM DO I NEED?
The presets will work with Lightroom Mobile App, Lightroom 4, Lightroom 5, Lightroom 6 and all the latest versions of Lightroom CC.
ARE THE PRESETS COMPATIBLE ON MAC & PC?
Yes! Our presets are compatible with both Mac and PC.
HOW DO I IMPORT THE PRESETS TO LIGHTROOM?
Check out our “HowTo”- Page or our included manual (comes with the preset packs) to learn how to import your new presets.
I DON’T SHOOT RAW PHOTOS, WILL THE PRESETS STILL WORK FOR ME?
Shooting in RAW is recommended. The RAW image format carries a lot more data and is therefore much more customizable than JPEG. Regarless our presets still work on both of these formats (RAW & JPEG) which includes iPhone or GoPro photos etc. For all of you who shoot in JPEG Format (Iphone), we have added 2 JPEG PRESET PACKS which are especially created for editing JPEG's.
CAN I USE LIGHTROOM PRESETS IN LIGHTROOM MOBILE APP?
Yes, you can use our presets in Lightroom Mobile App (no Lightroom Desktop version necessary). Check out our manual "How to import my Lightroom Presets to the Mobile App" (if you don't have a Lightroom Desktop version) or the guide "How to apply my Lightroom Presets in Lightroom Mobile App" here. (if you have a Lightroom Desktop version)
CAN I REFUND MY DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS?
Due to the nature of the digital products we sell and the industry’s standards we cannot provide refunds for any reason. Please make sure that you have Adobe Lightroom® and that the version of your software is compatible with our products before proceeding with the purchase.

WHEN WILL THE PRESET BE DELIVERED?
Right after purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Please open that link with your computer only and follow the steps from the manual to import the presets to your Lightroom App or Desktop version.
MY LINK IS EXPIRED - WHAT TO DO?

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE DOWNLOAD LINK - WHAT TO DO?
Please check your junk folder first. You can also log in to our shop and download your pack manually. If you purchased more than 2 days ago the link will be expired because of security reason. But no worries - please send your Ordernumber to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure it out.
